Vicia ludoviciana  Louisiana Vetch
ANNUAL.  A tiny trailing plant with very thin stems, narrow leaves that may begin to fall as the plant blooms, tiny pale purple flowers (under 1 cm. long), and pealike pods.  Blooms in March-May and withers soon afterward.  In the Empires, rare in sandy washes under overhanging rock outcrops and other protected places.
