Thamnosma texana  Desert Rue
PERENNIAL.  Slender stems, 10-20 cm, with linear, fleshy leaves, tiny globular pink to maroon flowers, and two-lobed fruits.  Entire plant covered in raised colorless glandular dots.  Blooms in March-April.  In the Empires, occasional in narrow sandy washes; absent in some years.
