Sida abutifolia  Fanpetals
PERENNIAL.  A creeping plant with many trailing, wiry stems.  Leaves long oval, pointed, with many short-pointed teeth.  Flowers pale orange, open only at midday in bright sunlight.  Blooms March-frost.  Very common on flat sand and gravel throughout the Empires.  Ayenia has similar leaves but stems are erect.
